Yes, please! You can arrange our access to the property in several ways, but meeting us personally is ideal. Alternatively, you can have us meet with someone you know or collect the keys from your letting agent (within 2 miles). When you book our services, we will settle all the details, including instructions for access.
How do you manage incidents or damage that occur while cleaning?
In the unlikely event that something is damaged during our cleaning, we will reimburse you through our extensive insurance (we are fully insured with £5 million public liability coverage). Please inform us within 24 hours of job completion about such unfortunate events. Although our workers are extra cautious when cleaning, incidents or damage may still occur.
