• Signed checklists, detailed invoices, and photos of the property (before and after our cleaning).
Is a move-out cleaning the same as regular cleaning?
No, it’s not, for several reasons. For instance, a move-out cleaning's main focus is to make all of the property’s surfaces spotless. With regular cleaning, the purpose is to maintain the place presentable and tidy. Also, we accompany our move-out cleaning with a checklist and a guarantee, which we don’t do for our hourly-priced regular cleaning.
Can you still clean if I don’t remove my belongings from the property?
Yes, we can, but we will charge you extra for it-- around £50-90. Also, this will void our guarantee, slow us down, and reduce our efficiency. For quick and excellent cleaning services, please remove your belongings before we come.
Do you need many hours to clean my rental?
We cannot say until we examine your rental's condition and determine its size and particularities. Please note that we always focus on the cleaning results. It doesn’t matter to us how many hours we need to make your place spotless.
How can you give me a quote for a larger property?
For a larger property (4+ bedrooms), we can arrange a video survey via FaceTime or WhatsApp. It will not take long, and we will be able to provide you with a fair and accurate estimate. You only need to have a strong Wi-Fi signal.
What do you do if your team causes any damage or incident while cleaning?
We reimburse you for any damage or incident—our £5 million public liability will cover any replacement or repair costs. Our cleaners are cautious when cleaning, but the risk of incidents is never zero. After job completion, you have 24 hours to inform us of any incident or damage.
Can you clean in high-rise buildings or properties with access restrictions?
Yes, of course, as we are highly skilled and have a great range of tools. When you book with us, you need to inform us of such details. We need information about access requirements, service elevators, time restrictions, parking limitations, and building security procedures.
