Why isn’t a move-out cleaning identical to a regular cleaning?
A move-out cleaning isn’t identical to a regular cleaning for a very important reason: they have distinct purposes! With a move-out cleaning, we aim to leave the property spotless, whereas, with a regular cleaning, we only want to maintain it in a presentable state. Also, only the move-out cleaning comes with a checklist and a guarantee. The regular cleaning (for which we charge hourly) isn’t accompanied by them.
Will my belongings inside the property interfere with your cleaning?
Unfortunately, yes. If you leave your things inside, we will clean more slowly and less efficiently, and you will have to pay an extra £50-90. Improve our efficiency and speed and keep your budget under control by simply clearing your items from the rental before we arrive.
How long is your cleaning process?
It depends on the size of your rental and how dirty it is. The rule of thumb is clear: the larger and dirtier your rental is, the longer the cleaning process will be. Rest assured, though, that we go above and beyond to clean as quickly as possible, but our focus will remain on results rather than time.
Can you offer documentation of your professional services?
Yes, we do! After job completion, we provide you with a signed checklist, an official invoice, and photos of the property, before and after our cleaning. You can use these documents to prove our professional service. If you have a dispute with your landlord, our documentation can support your case.
What do you do if one of your cleaners damages something while cleaning?
We will reimburse you for all replacement or repair costs, as we have a £5 million public liability coverage. Our cleaners are cautious when cleaning, but we are all human, after all. In case of damage or incident, please inform us within 24 hours after we complete the cleaning.
Do you need parking arrangements?
Yes, we need a parking spot for our van. Please ensure it is within 50-150 meters of the property. Also, inform us if parking permits are necessary. The day before we come (between 5-7 PM), we will contact you and go over the final details, including parking-related matters.
