A move-out cleaning is a type of deep cleaning, where all areas of a property are cleaned to bring the place to a pristine condition. For our move-out cleaning, we provide you with a checklist and a guarantee. None of these aspects apply to our hourly, regular cleaning.
Should I remove my belongings before you clean?
Yes, please do! Removing your things before we come will make us more efficient and faster. We can, however, clean around your things, but it will add £50-90 to the final cost, based on property size. Also, this will void our guarantee.
Do you need many hours to clean a place?
No, because we work quickly and efficiently. The length of the cleaning process entirely depends on the property size and condition. Either way, we focus on the results and don’t pay much attention to the clock. Please provide us with functional hot water and electricity.
My place needs special treatments (mould, heavy staining, etc.) How do you handle it?
We can handle most special cleaning requirements as long as we know about them. When you book with us, inform us of such issues so that we can come prepared. Also, these special treatments incur an extra cost.
Will I be reimbursed if your workers damage anything while cleaning?
