Should I remove my belongings before you clean?
Yes, please do! Removing your things before we come will make us more efficient and faster. We can, however, clean around your things, but it will add £50-90 to the final cost, based on property size. Also, this will void our guarantee.
Do you need many hours to clean a place?
No, because we work quickly and efficiently. The length of the cleaning process entirely depends on the property size and condition. Either way, we focus on the results and don’t pay much attention to the clock. Please provide us with functional hot water and electricity.
How many cleaners have to come to clean my property?
The number of cleaners needed to clean your property depends on its size and condition. For most cleaning jobs, 2-3 cleaners will be sufficient. Regardless of the team size, we always come equipped with the necessary tools and products.
How do I ensure property access?
To ensure property access, please either meet us in person or leave the key with your letting agent, for us to pick up (within 2 miles). When you book our services, you can provide all information regarding property access.

Yes, we can arrange a video survey via WhatsApp or FaceTime to examine your property. After a brief video survey, we will be able to provide you with an accurate estimate for cleaning your property (applicable for properties with 4+ bedrooms).
