What is your policy on keys and security?
We have a strict policy on keys and follow strict protocols with every job. We are fully insured to manage property keys and will collect the key from your letting agent. Alternatively, we can use a key safe and incorporate strict security protocols for key handling. Also, we would like to remind you that we thoroughly vet our cleaners who are honest and responsible people.
Will you clean patios, balconies, and other exterior areas?
Of course, we clean exterior areas, but only if they are part of your rental. We will bring all the necessary tools and products to clean exterior areas, which may affect the final cost of our cleaning services. Please inform us about the exterior areas when booking our services.
