How does a move-out cleaning differ from a regular cleaning?
A move-out cleaning differs from a regular cleaning because the former is a type of deep cleaning. With a move-out cleaning, every surface is cleaned to make the property impeccably clean. Additionally, we provide a move-out cleaning with a checklist and guarantee. Please note that our regular cleaning has hourly pricing.
Is it mandatory for me to remove my things from the property before you come for cleaning?
No, it's not, but leaving your items inside the property isn’t ideal for you or us. If we have to clean around your things, you will pay an extra £50-90. Also, this will slow us down, and our efficiency will be reduced. If possible, remove your belongings before we come for cleaning.
How long is the cleaning process?
We cannot say precisely because the length depends on the size and condition of your rental. We want to highlight that we don’t watch the time while cleaning because we focus on our cleaning results. It doesn’t matter how many hours it takes us, as long as you are satisfied with our work.
What do you do if an incident or damage occurs while you’re cleaning?
We will reimburse you for any damage or incident that takes place during our cleaning. We are fully insured with £5 million public liability coverage, which covers any replacement or repair costs. After job completion, you have 24 hours to inform us of any incident or damage.
How should I arrange your access to the property?
You have several ways to choose from to give us access to the property. You can meet us in person, have someone you know meet us, or have us collect your key from your letting agent (within 2 miles). When you book our services, we can settle details about property access.
