Yes, you need to clear out your belongings before we come. It will help us work faster and more efficiently. We can clean around your things, but you will pay an extra fee (£50-90, based on property size). This also voids our guarantee, so we suggest you remove all your items before we come.
How much time do you need to clean the place?
We cannot give you a straight answer, because we don’t set time limits. The property size and its condition impact the length of our cleaning process. We focus on the results and will clean as long as necessary. Please ensure our access to electricity and hot water throughout our cleaning.
Is there a weekend or urgent service available?
Yes, we offer same-day service for urgent needs. Our business is open seven days a week, including bank holidays. You can choose between morning and afternoon slots.

You only need a good Wi-Fi ???? For properties with +4 bedrooms, we can arrange a brief video survey via WhatsApp or FaceTime. It won’t take us long and we will be able to provide an accurate estimate.

We only use COSHH-certified products that are professional-grade, eco-friendly, and safe for people with allergies and pets. If you have some specific requirements, we will proceed accordingly.
