Yes, you need to clear out your belongings before we come. It will help us work faster and more efficiently. We can clean around your things, but you will pay an extra fee (£50-90, based on property size). This also voids our guarantee, so we suggest you remove all your items before we come.
How much time do you need to clean the place?
We cannot give you a straight answer, because we don’t set time limits. The property size and its condition impact the length of our cleaning process. We focus on the results and will clean as long as necessary. Please ensure our access to electricity and hot water throughout our cleaning.
What happens if the property requires special treatments (mould, heavy staining, etc.)?
If the property needs special treatments, we will efficiently handle them at an extra cost. Please inform us of such problems when booking our services so that we can come prepared with the appropriate products and tools.
Is it possible to coordinate your cleaning with other moving services?
Yes, of course! We often coordinate our work with removal companies for a seamless transition. However, you may want to consider our own removal services. You will get a 20% discount when you book them together with our cleaning services.
