Will it be OK if I don’t remove my belongings before you arrive?
It’s not ideal, but you can leave your things before we arrive. We are skilled and will clean around them. Please note that it will add £50-90 to the final cost and void our guarantee. Therefore, it’s wise to remove your assets before we come for cleaning.
Will it take you many hours to clean my rental?
It depends on the property size and its condition. We typically focus on results, so the time we spend cleaning isn’t important to us. As long as you ensure functional hot water and electricity, we will clean until every surface is sparklingly clean.
Do you have protocols on keys and security?
We thoroughly check our workers' backgrounds and we are fully insured to manage property keys. You can leave your keys with your letting agent or use a key safe, and we follow strict security protocols to handle keys.
What do you do if you discover pest issues while cleaning?
If we find pest issues while cleaning, we inform you immediately. We will take photos and perform our professional fumigation service, which will increase the final price of our services.
Can you also clean balconies, patios, and other exterior areas?
Yes, of course! If these exterior areas are part of your tenancy, we will clean them. Please inform us of such areas when booking our services—we will need specific equipment. Also, cleaning exterior surfaces may affect the final costs.
