Why is a move-out cleaning different from regular cleaning?
First of all, move-out cleaning is distinct because of its main focus, which is to make a place as clean as possible. This isn’t typical of regular cleaning, where the purpose is to maintain a place in a presentable state. Additionally, we accompany our move-out cleaning with a guarantee and a checklist, which doesn’t apply to regular cleaning.
Can you also clean if I leave my belongings inside the property?
Yes, we can clean around your belongings. However, please be aware that this will have several consequences: it will void our guarantee, make us work slower and less efficiently, and add £50-90 to the final cost of our services.
How many hours will it take to complete cleaning my rental?
We cannot give you a straight answer for two reasons. First, the size and condition of your rental will directly impact the duration of our cleaning process. Secondly, we never focus on the time when cleaning, as our priority is the cleaning results.
What do you do if the property has mould, heavy staining, or other similar issues?
If the property has mould, heavy staining, or similar problems, we will come prepared with adequate solutions and tools. Please note that this will be at an extra cost. Also, please inform us of such issues when booking our services.
How do you manage pest problems detected during cleaning?
If we discover pest problems while cleaning, we will inform you right away. We will document them with photos and suggest adding our professional fumigation service, which will increase the final cost of our services.
Do I have to arrange parking for your cleaning team?
Yes, please! If possible, arrange a parking spot for our van, within 50-150m of the property. Please let us know 24 hours before we come for cleaning if we need parking permits. We can go over the final arrangements during our call the day before (we will contact you between 5 -7 PM).
