Should I remove my belongings before you clean?
Yes, please do! Removing your things before we come will make us more efficient and faster. We can, however, clean around your things, but it will add £50-90 to the final cost, based on property size. Also, this will void our guarantee.
Do you need many hours to clean a place?
No, because we work quickly and efficiently. The length of the cleaning process entirely depends on the property size and condition. Either way, we focus on the results and don’t pay much attention to the clock. Please provide us with functional hot water and electricity.
Should I arrange parking for your team?
Yes, please! Ideally, we need a parking spot for our van within 50-150 meters of the property. Please let us know 24 hours in advance if we also need parking permits. We will discuss all details the day before (we will contact you between 5-7 PM).
How many workers will come for cleaning?
Well, it depends on the property size and condition. In most jobs, our team includes 2-3 seasoned cleaners. We will bring everything we need for cleaning: tools, supplies, and a great set of cleaning skills!
