How can I make a difference between a move-out cleaning and a regular cleaning?

It all depends on your rental's condition and size. Obviously, the bigger and dirtier the rental is, the longer the cleaning process will be. Please note that we don't watch the time while cleaning because we prefer to focus on achieving spotless properties, regardless of the hours we need.
Can you synchronize with a removal service?
Yes, we can! We know that relocation is complex and energy-consuming, so we do our best to streamline the process for you. Not only do we synchronize with removal companies, but we also offer our removal service. Plus, if you add it to your end-of-tenancy cleaning service, you will benefit from a 20% discount.
How big is the team that will handle the cleaning of my rental?
Typically, 2-3 experienced cleaners will come to clean a property. The bigger and dirtier the property, the larger the cleaning team will be. Our cleaners will arrive as planned, with all necessary tools and supplies.
Will you need a parking space?
Yes, we will need a parking space for our van. Ideally, it should be within 50-150 meters of the property. Please inform us 24 hours in advance if we need a parking permit. The day before we come, between 5-7 PM, we will discuss the final details, including parking-related matters.
