What is the main difference between a move-out cleaning and a regular cleaning?
The main difference between a move-out cleaning and a regular cleaning is their focus. While the former focuses on covering all surfaces and areas to make the property immaculate, the latter concentrates on maintaining the property in a presentable state. Additionally, our move-out cleaning comes with a guarantee and a checklist, and we charge for regular cleaning by the hour.
Can you still clean if I don’t remove my belongings from the property?
Yes, we can, but it's not ideal for you or us. If we have to clean around your items, you will be charged an extra fee (£50-90). Also, this will slow us down, and we won't be as efficient as we would be when cleaning an empty property.
How many hours will the cleaning process take?
It all depends on your rentals size and condition. A dirty and large property will require more work than a small and less dirty property. Also, we have to remind you that we focus on results rather than time and don’t watch the clock while cleaning.
Should I make any preparations before you come?
Yes, please! To help us be as efficient and fast as possible, please prepare the following before we arrive:
• Clear your belongings from the property
• Empty and defrost your refrigerator and freezer
• Empty all trash bins
• Verify that all lights are working
• Make sure that electricity and hot water are working
How many workers will come to clean my rental?
The number depends on your rental's size and condition. For most cleaning jobs, we will send 2-3 experienced cleaners. They will come with everything they need for cleaning, including specialized equipment and commercial-grade cleaning products.
Do you address mould, heavy staining, and other similar problems?
Yes, we do! As long as you inform us about such issues when booking, we can address them with specialized treatment, products, and methods. Keep in mind that cleaning areas requiring special treatments may increase the cost of our cleaning services.
