Yes, you need to clear out your belongings before we come. It will help us work faster and more efficiently. We can clean around your things, but you will pay an extra fee (£50-90, based on property size). This also voids our guarantee, so we suggest you remove all your items before we come.
How much time do you need to clean the place?
We cannot give you a straight answer, because we don’t set time limits. The property size and its condition impact the length of our cleaning process. We focus on the results and will clean as long as necessary. Please ensure our access to electricity and hot water throughout our cleaning.
What do you do if anything is damaged while you clean?
In the unlikely event that something gets damaged while we clean, we will reimburse you. We have £5 million public liability coverage for replacement and repair costs. You have 24 hours after job completion to inform us of such problems.
Can you provide documentation for your services?
