A move-out cleaning is a type of deep cleaning, that aims to clean all surfaces of a property to make it immaculate. Regular cleaning focuses on keeping the property in a nice, presentable condition. We offer a service guarantee and a checklist for our move-out cleaning, but not for the regular one (which has hourly pricing).
Is it possible for you to clean my belongings inside the property?
Yes, it is, but it will add another £50-90 to the final cost of our services. It will void our guarantee and affect our efficiency and speed. To help us clean quickly and efficiently, please remove your things before we come for cleaning services.
How many hours do you need to clean my rental?
It depends on your rental's size and condition. Our focus is achieving spotless properties, which is why we rarely look at the time when cleaning. Rest assured that we will do our best to finish quickly without compromising the results.
What preparations do I need to make before you come for cleaning?
To help us work quickly and efficiently, we kindly ask you to:
• Clear out your belongings from the property
• Empty and defrost your refrigerator and freezer
• Remove all garbage
• Make sure that electricity and hot water are working
• Verify that all lights are functional
Will you need parking arrangements?
Yes, we will. Ideally, we need a parking spot for our van within 50-150 meters of the property. Please inform us 24 hours in advance if parking permits are required. We will discuss parking arrangements and other final details between 5-7 PM the day before we arrive.
Do you accept weekend and urgent cleaning requests?
Yes, we accept weekend and urgent (same-day) cleaning requests. Our services are available 7 days a week, including weekends and bank holidays. You can choose between our morning or afternoon slots.
