How can I make a difference between a move-out cleaning and a regular cleaning?
The easiest way to differentiate a move-out cleaning from a regular cleaning is by looking at their purposes. Additionally, only our move-out cleaning comes with a guarantee and a checklist, while we charge hourly for regular cleaning.
What happens if I don’t remove my belongings from the property? Will you still be able to clean?
If you don't remove your items from the property, our efficiency and speed will be reduced. In addition, you will have to pay an extra fee (£50-90). To stay within your budget and help us be as effective and fast as possible, please clear your belongings before we come for cleaning.
Will you need many hours to clean my rental?
It all depends on your rental's condition and size. Obviously, the bigger and dirtier the rental is, the longer the cleaning process will be. Please note that we don't watch the time while cleaning because we prefer to focus on achieving spotless properties, regardless of the hours we need.
How do you proceed if the property needs special treatments (mould, heavy staining, etc.)?
If the property has mould, heavy staining, or similar issues, we bring specialized products to address them. Please note that this will increase the final cost of your cleaning services. When you book our services, please inform us of such problems so that we can come prepared.
Can you come on weekends? Do you accept urgent requests?
Yes, we can come on weekends, as we work seven days a week, including bank holidays and weekends. You may choose between morning and afternoon slots. We also accept urgent cleaning requests.
What’s your approach to key handling and security?
We are fully insured to handle property keys. Our workers follow strict protocols for key handling, and we can collect keys from you or your letting agent. We can also use a key safe. We want to remind you that our cleaners are honest people, and we thoroughly check their backgrounds.
