Is the cleaning process very long?
It depends on your rental's size and condition. However, we would like you to remember that our focus is on results rather than time. While we strive to clean as quickly as possible, we focus on achieving spotless properties. The rule of thumb is: the bigger and messier the place is, the longer it will take us to make it spotless.
What do you do if you discover pest problems while cleaning?
We will inform you right away, as pest issues can cause deposit deductions. We will also document it with photos and suggest immediate intervention. Please note that we offer fumigation services to eradicate pests, insects, and critters using safe, eco-friendly methods.
Will you need parking arrangements?
Yes, we will need a parking spot for our van. Please make sure that it's within 50-150 meters of the property. If we need parking permits, please inform us 24 hours in advance. The day before we arrive, between 5-7 PM, we will contact you to settle final details such as parking arrangements.
Can you clean balconies, patios, and other exterior areas?
As long as they are part of your lease, we will clean exterior areas such as patios or balconies. Please inform us about cleaning exterior areas when booking our services because we need to bring specialized tools and products. Also, please note that such services might increase the final cost of our service.
